How to get assets on MATIC/Polygon

How to use the Matic/Polygon network, step by step

Prerequirements

• Metamask wallet browser extension : Get it here
• MATIC token on your Metamask wallet. transfer it from a centralized exchange like Binance or swap it on Uniswap DEX

Bridging assets (after this step gas fees will be close to zero)

Go to the Matic asset bridge.

Select Metamask from this list to connect your wallet to the bridge

Then, select “Move funds to Matic Mainnet” to begin your transfer.

• In the FROM part, select MATIC token from the dropdown menu
• select the amount you would like to transfer
• Click transfer

This warning will come up. click “Continue”.

Click “Continue” again to complete your deposit.

Then, click “Continue” again to confirm your transfer.

Click “Continue” again, and your MetaMask wallet will open. Click “Confirm”.

You will see the following screen:

Wait for the transaction to process. Depending on network demand, this can take several minutes. You can track its progress if you like on Etherscan Once your transaction has completed, you will see this screen:

Once your funds have been transferred over to matic network after 7–8 minutes you can mint on our homepage.
